The Brother of [[Strahd Von Zarovich]] in the form of an animated armour. We met him back in the [[Durst Manor]] and after some convincing we had the same goal, accompanied us to help free the souls of the Durst Family. After the events at [[Durst Manor]] were concluded, [[Strahd Von Zarovich|Strahd]] himself destroyed his animated body only leaving his soul and helmet intact which we then carried with us on our journey with the hopes of being able to restore him. Sometime after reaching [[Vallaki]], we learned that the bodies of animated armours are able to be resorted by "feeding" it metal. With the power of [[Note]]'s extract iron spell and [[Leonidas]]'s five javelins we were able to restore Cornelius back to his full Body state. [[Leonidas]] gave him a longsword, effectively having [[Cornelius Von Zarovich|Cornelius]] swear his first oath as a newly reformed paladin with a possible two more oath conditions to find.
